( Once upon a time this would have been a long description of what she's going to be doing.

Then she realized she had to send this to a whole bunch of people, so she got lazy, and: )

Hey, I'm going to take up a missionary position in France! See you again in about a month. Hopefully the snow's not all gone by then! Look out for the little bird and the ladybat for me, will you? If you -- yeah, if you know who I'm talking about!

But what's with the missionary mission anyway? You going with anyone?

It's to help this guy out with his stuff, to see if we can learn more about AI's in history or something like that. Nope, I won't be alone! Caesar Silverberg is coming with me.

It's going to take a year on our end, it's only a month back here! But don't tell people that, they'll get all weird if they all knew!

An entire year? Holy crap. What are you guys even doing that eats up an entire year?

Cheerleading someone through therapy to keep them working on their life's work sort of thing, it's actually kind of cool! If we can pull it off, I don't know if we will, with how like, depression and PT can be totally killer.

That is pretty cool but why did you guys end up volunteering for this? Unless you've got some therapist skills that I didn't know about.

Think the guys manning the Transporter will be able to keep tabs on you guys?

It's kind of along the lines of being almost a specialty for me. I'm a perfect sort of fix, that's all! C's here to make sure things go according to plan, and to keep tabs on the rest when and where I can't.

Uh, not sure if they can, past knowing if we're alive or not!

I'll take your word for it. I already know you're an expert at the whole cheering people on thing.

Okay well this isn't sounding like the sort of mission you'll be in life threatening danger for. Any more than usual life. [How terrible would it be to be, like, run over by a car during wartime? So terrible.] Still, it'd be nice if you guys could at least check in every once and a while.

I know, it would be nice! Tablets don't work across time. Maybe that's the next thing to figure out, huh? Haha! Wouldn't that be something.
