Will Jaime be able to track your character? Sure. Is there any important tech on your character's person that Jaime would detect or that the Scarab would communicate with? Nothing except the tattoo they're all given...does that count as tech? Is there anything significant about your character that the Scarab would detect? Not sure? I honestly don't know much about the Scarab/Blue Beetle. Perhaps he could sense that George got his powers from a combination of chemicals and a meteorite strike.
Does your character have any magic that the Scarab would read as energy output? No magic.
Is there anything else about his abilities section that you think would be pertinent to your character? Not that I can think of.
