[He doesn't really want to talk to Bart about the dreams, and he doesn't really intend to -- or at least not right away, but he doesn't particularly want Wally to talk to Bart about them either. He's not emotionally equipped to start talking to everyone he'd seen in his dreams yet, with the sole exception of Ken.
He can handle the whole killer green pepper things. Thank god for that kid's active imagination.]
