I won't stop myself from it, promise. I just don't have a lot to say. Honest.

[He's sort of forgotten how. It's one of many ways that he's changed for the worse here -- you spend too much time acting the caregiver, too much time listening, and it gets harder and harder to articulate your own problems, problems that seem so small in the face of everything.

He's always been too much like his Dad.]

[He does. Alberto can see it, as much as he doesn't want to: figures that the past would repeat itself. He just hadn't banked on it feeling so soon. After all, no matter how old his son gets, he's still his boy.]
