Jaime's cell phone is more or less plugged riiiight into his brain, so he tends to pick up like 99% of the time! If not, however...
"Hey, Jaime here! Leave a message, and I'll get back to you ASAP."
If you want to reach Blue Beetle, his voice is technologically altered, a slight robotic tinniness to his otherwise human voice.
"You've reached Blue Beetle. Leave a message after the beep."

voicemail.
( So long suffering. )

[Okay, he only sounds a little cheeky.]
What's up?

Not much. I have an idea, I thought I'd run it by you.

( A few moments, so that can sink in. )
I was wondering if you'd be interested in moving in. You could have arguments with the Scarab and no one would think you were crazy.

[He sounds surprised, but not unpleasantly so. It's his turn to be quiet as he thinks about it, quietly pleased that Helena would even extend the offer in the first place.
It would be a big step, but it... sounds nice, actually. He's missed living in a place where the whole secret identity deal wasn't the issue, where the inhabitants would always keep an eye out for each other.]
That sounds... nice. And being able to argue with the Scarab is a plus. Who else is gonna be there?

( Oracle's secret identity is more important than the rest, she's sure Barbara would understand that particular gloss. )
A couple of rooms will be kept free in case Batgirl and Robin ever need to crash.

[Which he's not into, incidentally. He supposes some of the others have it all right, but his outfit's something a little more extreme than the others' mini skirts and spandex shorts.
And just for the record:] Batgirl already knows who I am anyway.
no subject
( Admittedly, sometimes Helena wanders around in her uniform, but even that is less intense than Jaime's. )
Yeah? Do you know who she is?

[And honestly, somebody else's word means a lot to him, trust-wise. He'll take giving away his identity in exchange for some allies around this place.]
Yeah, she told me pretty much the day we met. Batman's got some sort of file on me, so she recognized me.
no subject
( Helena hasn't gotten that relaxed, yet. )
Batman has a file on me, too. Don't take it personally.
( Bruce, you're creepy. )

[And creepy. Definite good guy, but so creepy. The Brother MK I satellite cinched that one.]
It's not a bad idea, the whole identity thing. I'm not about to do it, but...
[He's considered it. He's just not ready for that big of a leap yet.]

( Tell us how you really feel, Hel. )
Yeah. I don't know yet, myself. ( It seems to make Stephanie's life easier, would make working as Huntress easier in a city where capes and masks have no significance in the way they do in Gotham and Metropolis, but it goes so against the grain. Never mind that her "secret" identity isn't so effective at home, any more. It's still hers. )
Listen, I need to go. Think about it and let me know what you think, okay?

Besides, Batman's actually a pretty cool dude.]
Right. Will do.

JAIME NO
HE IS THE LEAST COOL DUDE IN THE WORLD
IN ALL THE WORLDS
BATMAN SUCKS, JAIME )
Keep out of trouble.
( Huntress out. )
